| The July 2007 tour to Zimbabwe brought together 28 keen railway photographers. In recognition of such an impressive collection of talent, Geoff’s Trains has hosted a photographic competition. Two categories will be judged Best Photograph Submit your best photograph. A chance to show off, and win a prize. The prize: Thundering Smoke George Pattison’s book on the NRZ Best Cameo Photograph Sometimes the photograph that best exemplifies your experience does not show an entire locomotive or train. It may show a reflection, a railwayman, a close up of steam and oil, or anything else that expresses the atmosphere of this tour, or steam railways generally, in a special way The prize: £50.00 to be redeemed against any Geoff’s Trains tour in the next two years |
